Bucky Covington’s “Gotta Be Somebody”

Bucky Covington has released his newest music video for his current single, “Gotta Be Somebody,” Bucky’s version of Nickelback’s hit song.

The video was recorded at a live hometown concert in Rockingham, North Carolina. Over 6,000 fans, friends and family gathered in the town square to be a part of the surprise music video. The video first made its debut on CMT.com where it quickly rose to become one of the top most streamed videos of the week!

About being at home, Bucky says: “Playing back home is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time as a thank you to everyone in Rockingham. And to surprise everyone with the video shoot was fun! Seeing the excitement from my fans, friends and family in the crowd was incredible.”

The single is the lead single from his upcoming album “I’m Alright,” which will be released April 2010.
