Dolly Parton’s “Backwoods Barbie” Release Moved Back

The release of Dolly Parton’s next album has been moved from its original February 5 date to to a late February/early March release.

“Backwoods Barbie” is Dolly’s first mainstream country album in 17 years. The move is said to coincide with Parton’s “Backwoods Barbie World Tour 2008/2009″ which begins February 28 at the Northrup Auditorium in Minneapolis:
