Tim McGraw’s most recent movie hasn’t even hit theaters yet and he’s already contemplating his next one! “Four Christmases,” in which he plays a character named Dallas, will hit theaters over the Thanksgiving holiday next week. Tim co-stars with Vince Vaughn, Reese Witherspoon and Dwight Yoakam.

The new movie Tim has on his eye on is about a man in east Tennessee who fakes his own death with the help of the town and a funeral parlor. Tim told GAC Nights:

“There’s a movie we’re talking about. It’s not gotten to the pre-production part, but it’s certainly a thing we’ve talked about for a year now that’s based on a true story, and I believe over in east Tennessee, about a man, an older gentleman. He and the town and the funeral parlor kind of faked his death to kind of have a party in the town. And it’s a pretty interesting movie.”

Tim’s next movie, Get Low, is still listed as being in pre-production and no one still knows quite what it’s about yet!

In a recent interview with Parade, Nicole Kidman described hubby Keith Urban’s alcoholism as “terrifying.”

“We were thrown into his alcohol problem three months into the marriage, and that was big,” she says. “We became the closest we could become, because we had to bare our souls. We did 10 years of marriage in three months.

“You go to hell and back … when the addiction takes control of the life, it’s terrifying. But there is hope, and we work on it every day, and we are in a place of actual peace right now, which is a beautiful place,” says Kidman.

Keith ultimately spent 90 days at the Betty Ford Clinic in California.

The article goes on to talk about daughter Sunday Rose, the couple’s first child together, and how Nicole doesn’t want to release pictures of her yet. She also says the baby looks like Keith, and “I’m glad,” she adds, “because when he goes on tour, I say to him that he leaves a little bit of him with me.” Very sweet!

The issue of Parade with Nicole’s full interview will hit newsstands Sunday.

Reba recently sat down with The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and admitted that she’s a strong believer in reincarnation! She said:

“I believe in reincarnation. I believe I’ve gone both ways — that I have been here before as a man. I will get flak from Christians who will say I can’t be a Christian if I believe this… I’m sorry, but this is how I live my life, this is what I believe. I believe I have spent time with my son, Shelby, before. I believe I have spent time with other people in my life before. Who knows? Maybe I’m part Buddhist.”

I’m not sure what the rest of the context of the interview was or why reincarnation was brought up, but as a long-time admirer of Reba I find this tidbit fascinating!

Taylor Swift interviewed Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus for her Stripped performance. She asks Miley what she thinks about performing in smaller venues and what new styles she’d like to try.

Just a short clip of Gretchen Wilson talking about her newest single, “Don’t Do Me No Good.” I’ve already heard it on the radio and love it, and the single is available for preview and purchase at Amazon.

The song, even though it’s about heartbreak and moving on, is upbeat and delivered perfectly by Gretchen, whose own strength shines through!
